As with other areas of our business, mortgage work is now regulated by the Financial Services Authority. We will provide you with an Initial Disclosure Document which confirms this and the basis of our remuneration as soon as you make contact with us.

We will need to take a detailed snapshot of your financial situation and requirements, and then provide you with a Key Facts Illustration for the products which we recommend. This can be done in person, or by post and phone if you wish.

We aim to find the most cost effective and suitable mortgage product for you - in doing this we look not only at the interest rate and scheme type (fixed, discount etc.) but also at the costs involved in setting up your mortgage. Our aim is to take the hassle out of the mortgage process, by doing as much of the work as possible for you.
